Modern apartments in a quiet position – ideal for unforgettable active or family holidays in Pustertal.The guesthouse Schaller in Oberplanken in Gsies has been recently refurbished and offers new, spacious apartments, which are equipped with any comfort. The apartments are situated in the middle of nature, in quiet position. Here, you can breathe the clear air of the mountains, relax and enjoy a dreamlike panoramic view.
On request, we daily spoil our guests with fresh rolls, hay milk and eggs. Families look forward to our small garden with slide and table soccer. In the environs, you can also find a child-friendly recreational area as well as a farm with animal park and petting zoo. Paths for walks, hikes and bike tours directly pass by our house, being in part suitable for pushchairs. In winter, there are ski runs and a ski school for kids in the close surroundings. (S.Maddalena Valle di Casies = 8km). Kronplatz/Valdaora = 17km, free ski-train Monguelfo-Perca/Kronplatz = 10km every 1/2 hour)
Gsies is a majorly natural side valley of Pustertal and offers countless possibilities for active holidays in the mountains at every season. The central position of our Apartments Haus Schaller is, moreover, ideal for hikes in the unique Dolomites and for unforgettable excursions. With Holidaypass Premium, you can use all means of public transport in South Tyrol for free and enjoy many other advantages. A bus stop is located only 300 m from our guesthouse.

The indicated prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, we charge a supplement of 15-30.00 € per day.
From 1st January 2024, the indicated prices are to be understood plus a local tax of 2,70 € per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site.
Important information:
Bed linen, towels, tableware and final cleaning included in the price.
Holidaypass Premium, lockable bike room, ski room with shoe dryer and a car parking are free for our guests.
Arrivals: The apartments are available from 2:00 pm on your arrival day. On request after 10 p.m. with key box.
Departures: we ask you to leave the apartment until 9.30 am.
The reservation becomes binding under payment of a deposit (reservation guarantee) and by sending the booking confirmation by e-mail. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Additional costs and terms of payment
- Confirmation deposit: we'll be happy to receive the deposit of € 100,00 per week.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded; furthermore, we will apply the following conditions of withdrawal.
- Payment: Please pay cash on site, by bank transfer before the end of the holiday or with the credit card
Cancellations
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italien Consumer Protection Code. However we guarantee the right of withdrawal under the following conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code:
- The reservation con be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival. Only the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations by the guest during the period between 30 days before the arrival date and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation within 14 days of the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.
- In case of non-arrivals ("no show" or early departures, the guest is required to pay the full amount.
- Please inform us in time in case you cannot start your holiday.
